COMPLAINTS POLICY

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure we can put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.

It is hard to pigeon hole Asterisk Maintenance in any particular part of the building trade because of the vast experience we have across the whole of the building industry including plumbing, plastering & tiling and painting & decorating (and if you are looking for a Bathroom or Kitchen we don't think you will find a higher standard).


Gas and electrical works are no problem as Asterisk Maintenance are Gas Safe and Napit Registered. Many of our clients enjoy the flexible service we offer whether it's a large building project, general maintenance or 24hr emergency service.

Elim Housing is a charity registered social landlord in the UK operating in Gloucestershire, the Midlands, Bristol, and North Somerset, as well as South Wales and London.

Elim Housing provides affordable rented housing for single people and families, and a range of sheltered and shared housing for people with support needs. Elim also provides a range of services to other housing associations and is developing shared ownership housing in Bristol.

Asterisk Maintenance takes care of Elim Housing's emergency, day to day and planned maintenance in the Midlands area including Gas and Electrics.

Asterisk Maintenance has been working closely with B&Q since 1998 near to the time B&Q first started its installation service. Since this time Asterisk Maintenance has grown with the installation teams within B&Q offering 1st class installations of their Bathrooms, Kitchens and recently Bedrooms.

BAM Construct UK Ltd is part of the European construction enterprise, Royal BAM Group. Origins in the UK stretch back as far as 1874.

The company has a large network of offices covering England, Scotland and Wales and projects in the education, retail, mixed use development, health, office, leisure and law order sectors.

Asterisk Maintenance takes care of Bam Constructions emergency, day to day and planned maintenance in the

North Solihull area including Gas and Electrics.

We aim to respond within 2 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.

Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which?
